Introduction
Two new spritzer essence bottles have been specially created to help with weight issues. These bottles appeared during 2012, a short while after the Coral Gaias joined the Colour Mirrors system. Coral has always been a colour which says ‘pay attention to your body’. For many of us, that has often taken the path of spiralling from one weight loss system to another and feeling that nothing we do gets us out of the judgements we have about our weight, food and its relationship with our bodies. It can be just as difficult to gain weight and step out of patterns of deprivation and control. In my own life I have always desired to be thinner, so I have tried loads of diets and weight loss programmes - and of course the weight always came back on. With this new Body Freedom Range something is shifting in my body’s perspective of what it means to lose weight - just the words ‘loss’ and ‘diet’ (especially die - t) sends my body into a panic that it is going to diminish and I won’t survive, hence it holds onto those extra pounds as it believes it is keeping me alive.
When using the two new Soul and Power bottles on their own or with the recommended Wood for detoxing and Red Angel for physical energy, become aware of the words you use to describe the process of bringing your body back to balance. Affirm that the process with these colour therapy bottles is about setting your body free - instead of diet and loss.

Power - Yellow & Gold
“Power” essence can be used after meals to support digestion and metabolism. Gold increases our sense of self-empowerment so that we can take more responsibility for how our body is functioning. To balance appetite and to empower your relationship with food so that it becomes a fuel to serve you and your body:
- Before every meal, spray "Soul" into your palms and rub together. Gently breathe in the aroma from your palms. You may also like to spritz some around you and above you and breathe it in as it settles over you.
- To aid digestion and increase metabolism, after every meal, spray "Power" into your palms and rub together. Gently breathe it in several times. You may also like to spray some around you or rub some into your stomach/belly area.
- Before every meal and as you feel guided, spray "Power" into your palms and rub together. Gently breathe in the scent from your palms. This will help increase feelings of strength and empowerment.
- After meals and as you feel guided, spray "Soul" into your palms and rub together. Gently breathe in from your palms. This will help you to reconnect, replenish and relax.
- To support your body in detoxifying, use Wood essence first thing in the morning and last thing at night and as you feel drawn to during the day. Spray into your palms and rub together. Gently breathe in the scent several times, spritz the essence over you and/or rub some into your belly area, particularly over the liver (right side beneath your ribs).
- To energise you, use Red Angel first thing in the morning and any time during the day when your energy levels flag. Spray into palms and rub together. Breathe in the aroma several times.
- As you work with the Body Freedom pack, you may also like to select Colour Mirrors oils to assist you on your path to well-being, vitality and health.
