In summer we all enjoy hopefully some time off from regular duties. And along with that time off comes often a relaxing of regimes that keep our bodies fit and healthy. We may be on holiday and be indulging more, doing less exercise etc. I live by the sea and the number of people who you see with painful burnt skin despite all the warnings is extraordinary – not to care about your skin, or your body that needs more water and just let it burn and dehydrate - not very loving to ourselves is it!
The Crimson spray relates to the Base Chakra and summer is unfortunately a time when our bodies can and do suffer – from stomach upsets when we are away, to inflammation and swelling from the heat etc. I am increasingly teaching in my Colour Therapy work that is important to use complimentary colours together. So if your body is screaming ‘Please look after me, I don’t feel well’ – the red energy will help feed the physical aspect of you – whether in sore muscles, back ache, lethargy, bugs picked up whilst travelling etc – but using it together with GREEN – it’s complimentary colour takes it to a whole new level. It helps balance the fire of Red, and brings the body back into perfect balance. Ideally to use Red and Green together (two choices within the Metatron range of Lime or Emerald) really helps support the body and recharges it and promotes greater health.

The cool blues are also lovely to use also at this time of year – and within the sprays there are three to choose from:
Bluebell Bridge – a soft pastel blue that helps you when feeling loss or grief (and this can be in relation to anything)
Sapphire Blue – for Finding Inner Peace
Aquamarine – For the Throat Chakra - helpful for communication issues, sore throats, ears, being heard etc, and balancing emotion.
All of them are soothing, cleansing, refreshing, and above all cooling......
The Saphire Blue works beautifully with the Rose Pink Inner Child spray too - here is the message for that:

Of course you cannot drink the sprays, they are only for external use but you can make up some solarised water by filling eg a blue glass with water and leaving it in sunlight for up to an hour or more - the properties of the blue ray will be infused into the water eg. cooling, strengthening, protecting etc.
Being in water is of course so healing as well.I am going to France this summer and will be swimming in the lakes near Lake Anecy and will be not just swimming in their waters but viewing it as a meditative experience and one where the water heals body and soul.
White of course is also a good colour – both in terms of what to wear, visualise, and spray around you. White reflects heat – think of all those beautiful while villas in Spain, Greece and other hot countries – white cools and soothes. It is also very protective and will reflect back feelings and emotions of others that you may otherwise pick up – which is why it is so good as a therapeutic colour to wear whilst teaching / healing etc. The white spray within the Metatron range is also useful for helping meditation and activating Merkaba – a key concept that Metatron talks about and which I teach and help people to understand within Level 1 and 2 attunements.
In terms of this website, those of you that have followed me for a while will have noted there have been various changes (and more to come) recently. I no longer teach Colour Mirrors or sell these products – I had been with the company for 10 years and really felt it was time for me to move on and develop my own work with Metatron and colour further. No hard feelings on either side and I wish them continued success in what they do, which is also very good.
I now teach my own workshops looking at Colour Therapy using the Metatron colour sprays - two workshops have already successfully taken place and we looked at many things including:
Reading auras, Understanding properties of the colours, how to use the sprays, healing issues that came up with different colours, and learning how to apply colour practically in our lives and heal with it going forward - whether through visualisation, colour breathing, meditation, colour channelling etc.

For me this last year has been one of profound growth and change and Metatron ensures I am always kept on my toes. I have been blessed to work in both Northern Ireland, Norway and my home town of Bournemouth this year – and I am also visiting and teaching in Denmark this autumn.
You will incresaingly start to see the names of new Metatron Healers on here that have qualified up to Level 2 with me. A new Level 3 is coming soon later this year / early next year - one aspect of this will be looking at the Tree of Life which of course Metatron governs.
The distance work is suddenly taking off and I am offering Skype sessions now overseas as well as distance Metatron attunements for those that cannot get to a session with me face to face. I will also be creating a distance training package linked to my colour work – but more to come on that another time.
My next Metatron Level 1 workshop in the Bournemouth area is set for October 25th and 26th and in Denmark for September 20th / 21st. I am taking bookings for both now.
The second half of this year will also see me concentrating on my Metatron book and also a deck of oracle cards that I am just starting work on (due out next year).
The Metatron sprays are proving increasingly popular and I am sure will go from strength to strength – two new sprays to be released very soon are:
Midnight Indigo – Light in The Darkness (to replace the existing Midnight Shadow one, which had its place and job to do, but I now would like it to evolve into something else, and the Indigo colour will be increasingly important in months to come.
Together with this a new Yellow Sunrise – New Dawn spray will compliment it. These two will be sold together as it feels important to have the contrast and synergy between Midnight and Sunrise energies working in a combined way. They will be immensely helpful for anyone going through difficult times where they struggle to see the light in the situation they are in.
I am taking August off from client work to recharge my own batteries and will be using the sprays to help me – any bottle orders will still be processed however during this month.
